Recipe.


Spaghetti carbonada.

Ingredients.

Oil

Cream

Eggs

Salt

Bacon slices Shoppe’s

Cheese (optional)

Butter.

Instructions.

Prepare the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, cut bacon into small cubes. It puts a fire pan, melt butter and sauté the diced bacon, until they start to brown. In a bowl beat the eggs with a fork, mix with cream and cheese, salt & pepper. When spaghetti is cooked drain well, place in pan where we have the bacon, the sauce is obtained with the eggs and cream, heat over low heat for a moment, mixing it all with two forks.
